TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
http://trainers.salto-youth.net/SalviGreco/
I'm an educational activist, trainer and host, who started to learn when finished studying.
Salvi Greco has 16 references for past work as a trainer.
freelance trainer - project designer; project manager in Insight_epd
I fell in love with being a trainer, facilitator of learning and of personal and group processes, with being project designer and “host”, because education and learning are a matter of creating the right conditions to-make-it-happen, perhaps in a pleasant and enjoyable way, and with an effort to make it happen in an explorative, different, innovative way. Promotion and recognition of non formal education, active citizenship, NFE in formal settings cultural diversity, the local impact of european projects, youth and health are other topics I work with.
I strongly believe that CV's are one of the most meaningless things used to introduce ourselves professionally. Hope you can catch more about me with these lines below.
About my formal educational experience I really don't have so many interesting things to say. I've studied to became a cook and thanks to that I've gained at least the right elements to prepare a good menu for my...trainings!
My real learning happened when I've started to work in a radio station, then in a theater company, then in social projects. But the most important thing is that I started to be aware of my learning when I've started with non formal education projects. The Salto ToT - training of trainers, changed definitely my perspectives, in professional and human terms.
