TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
http://trainers.salto-youth.net/SosthneDeshoullires/
I’m following different paths : supporting people in their process of emancipation, self awareness, and participation to collective processes; development of sensitivity towards diversity and fight against discriminations, with a specific focus on Gender issues and gender-based violence; promotion of horizontal and collective decision making systems.
As a trainer, I develop non formal learning activities with diverse publics, and I deeply believe in the importance of self-directed learning.
Sosthène Deshoullières-Delbos has 8 references for past work as a trainer.
