News about our activities and the Erasmus+: Youth and European Solidarity Corps Programmes, relevant for the cooperation with the Western Balkans.

1. SALTO South East Europe “Meeting Point”

Are you active in the youth field in the Western Balkans or interested in cooperating with the region? 

Have you ever had questions about the Erasmus+, the European Solidarity Corps, what these programmes offer to individuals, organisations and local communities, how to get involved  and what is the role of SALTO South East Europe Resource Centre in all this –  but never knew who to ask?

The SALTO South East Europe “Meeting Point” is an online space to ask these questions, find answers to them, and to explore the Erasmus+ Programme and the European Solidarity Corps and their quality implementation in a practical and solution-oriented manner. We invite you to come and meet us, the SALTO staff, our local Contact Points, experts we work with and your colleagues in the youth field every first Monday of the month at 14:00 - 16:00, starting from 4 September.

The session 4. Let’s talk about youth work and youth policy development at the local level, 11 December 2023 at 14:00 - 16:00 CET, registration opens 6 November 2023
The session 5. "Let’s talk about solidarity and volunteering", 5 February 2024 at 14:00 - 16:00 CET, registration opens 11 December 2023
The session 6. "Let’s talk about European cooperation in a wider geographical context", 4 March 2024 at 14:00 - 16:00 CET, registration opens 5 February 2024.


We drew a line under 2022 and crunched the numbers. Check out our infographics to see, which topics of support activities were the most popular, how many participants per country have supported and which types of activities they attended. 3. Participation in the support activities

There are several open calls at the moment, and more are opening, for activities where participants from Western Balkan Partner Countries can take part. If you are interested, you are welcome to apply. In case of residential activities, you need to make sure that you are fulfilling the requirements of the organizer in relation to Covid-19 pandemic and requirements to be able to enter the hosting country of the activity.
