1. Open call for municipalities to develop youth strategies in the context of
the European platform Europe goes local!

The SALTO South East Europe Resource Centre is looking for municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo*, which are interested in establishing or further developing their strategies in the field of youth at the local level and integrating a European dimension into their approaches and activities.

This open call aims at establishing a framework for cooperation with selected municipalities within the Europe Goes Local Platform. More information about the call and the application procedure is available here. The application closes 8 September 2022. The selection will be made by 17 September 2022 .

*Kosovo (This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with UNSCR 1244/1999 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo declaration of independence) and Montenegro.

2. Participation in the support activities

There are several open calls at the moment, and more are opening, for activities where participants from Western Balkan Partner Countries can take part. If you are interested, you are welcome to apply. However, given the uncertain situation depending on the corona pandemic, tickets should only be obtained at short notice (in general two weeks before the activity takes place, upon notification from us). The possibility of participation of course depends on the possibilities to travel and to enter the hosting country (without quarantine etc.).
