Current occupation

freelance trainer & expert

Work experience

In recent years, I have been designing and facilitating international trainings and workshops focused on identity, belonging, participation, and inclusion, working with youth workers across European contexts. My work integrates non-formal education with creative methods such as storytelling and reflective practices. I have also contributed to capacity-building projects supporting youth practitioners in creating inclusive and participatory learning environments.

In the near future, I plan to further develop programmes that combine creativity, dialogue, and community-based approaches, with a stronger focus on democratic participation, emotional awareness, and responding to polarisation in youth work contexts.

Educational pathway

My educational background combines formal studies in areas related to management, systems thinking, and leadership, alongside extensive engagement in international non-formal education through Council of Europe and European Union training programmes.
These experiences have contributed to shaping my approach as a facilitator, supporting my ability to design structured yet flexible learning processes and to work effectively in diverse and international contexts. Through non-formal education, I have developed a strong foundation in participatory methodologies, human rights education, and experiential learning.

Together, these learning pathways have been important in allowing me to integrate analytical thinking with creative and reflective approaches, which I apply in my training work with youth workers and young people.
