I'm president of CET Platform Italy, a youth NGO part of an international network with relevant experience in Erasmus+. I work as project manager, facilitator and trainer developing individual and collective educational processes through non-formal methodologies, with the aim to empower young people and youth workers in a lifelong learning perspective.

FREELANCE FACILITATOR & TRAINER
Since 2014 I worked with several NGOs at international level, on different projects. I was in charge to facilitate and train the group of participants taking part to the mobilities, guiding and supporting young people and youth workers in their personal, professional and social development through non-formal education principles and methodologies, empowering and training them to reach their full potential (See attached CV for more details)

CET PLATFORM ITALY NGO
-Founder, President and Project Manager. Since 2016 I work throughout entire projects cycle, writing the applications and timetables, planning, organising and supervising all the projects phases, as well as managing the logistic and administrative aspects involved. Moreover, I am in charge to facilitate and train the group of participants taking part to the mobilities, from the welcoming part to the team building activities, from the thematic workshops, role plays and simulations to the individual learning activities and reflection moments.
-As legal representative I’ve built strong partnerships with more than 50 youth NGOs all around Europe (Programme and Partner Countries) and South Mediterranean Countries
-I work in network with local, regional and national NGOs active in the field of empowerment of youth and I also have several contacts with social and welcome centres, as well as anti-racist sport team from my city and region

JOB AGENCY PROFESSIONAL
My job was focused on the Youth Guarantee Programme, a EU initiative aiming to fight unemployment through orientation, training and job placement, targeted on NEET people aged 18-29.
During my work I achieved the following:
▪ Profiled more than 30 enterprises and 200 candidates suited for the programme, based on Youth Guarantee guidelines
▪ Empowered and motivated to engage in the job market more than 100 young people through weekly training based on non-formal methodologies
▪ Managed in-house communications and procedures according to the regional, national and European legislation, including the oversight of sensitive files

INDEPENDENT RESEARCHER
Research activity for the academic project named 3M-Crescere a Mezzogiorno, intended to analyse the growth processes of the medium-sized enterprises in the South of Italy. The research was based on panel interviews to realize among a sample of medium-sized enterprises taken from AIDA database

Educational pathway

NON-FORMAL EDUCATION
-Training of Trainers. Since 2016, I attended 4 specific ToT with the aim to improve youth work and non-formal learning methods, to discuss youth policies and competences model frameworks, to develop youth work standards and quality educational programmes through the design of specific training modules and strategies. Main topics covered were related to lifelong and intercultural learning, key competences, facilitation and group dynamics, self-assessment and evaluative practices, networking, capacity building and international cooperation
-Mobilities of Youth Workers. Since 2013 I participated in 18 Trainings on several topics, such as social inclusion, equity, migrants issues, integration of refugees, EU values, human rights education, entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurship education, civic engagement and responsible citizenship, grassroots sport, sport education, equal opportunities and participation in sport, game-based learning, intercultural communication, creativity, cultural awareness and expression, youth participation, youth work, volunteerism, recognition of non-formal learning
-Leader in Youth Exchanges. Since 2013 I participated as group leader in different Erasmus+ Exchanges, where I was in charge of coordinating the national group of participants from Italy, both as concerning logistics and, mostly, in the development and implementation of some activities

OTHERS
-Project Management Monitoring Meetings (years: 2017, 2018 and 2019). Event organized by Italian NA to provide space for sharing, monitoring and supporting of the projects approved within the Youth field of the Erasmus+ programme
- Dissemination event (November 2019): “Bpe: Becoming a part of Europe”, “A.A.A – Aware and Active”, “Youth for Human rights”. Event organized by Italian National Agency as conclusion of long term projects. The day allowed the involved professionals and NGOs to have a fruitful exchange of good practices, in particular through discussion tables that focused on three main themes: active participation, human rights and social inclusion
-Conference: Italian translation of the CoE Youth Work Recommendation (October 2019). The event also included moments of dialogue and comparison among youth workers, experts, activists, academics and representatives of the institutions present at the conference
-Dissemination event: Recognize it (April 2019). Event organized by Italian NA in cooperation with Salto Youth Euromed, Salto Training and Cooperation and German NA as conclusion of a long term project. It brought together youth workers and trainers from European and South Mediterranean Countries to share good practices and contribute to networking among organizations and professionals
-Young Europe You, talent in European Dimension (October 2016). Event organized by Italian NA to provide young people with useful information and knowledge for their personal and professional pathways, as well as exchange of good practices
-MIT Course: Marketing Innovation Trends. Intensive course abound the themes of unconventional, experiential and digital marketing (April-June 2013)
-11th position on national level for the XXI marketing award: development of a project work aimed at ensuring economic self-sufficiency to the Italian WWF oasis (March-October 2009)
