Work experience

In my recent professional endeavors, I've been deeply engaged in fostering youth participation in democratic life through various roles and projects. Working for EU Institutions as a Senior Specialist, I've provided extensive policy, administrative, and technical support for crucial meetings, ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders and facilitating decision-making processes. Additionally, my tenure at the European Commission's Spokesperson's Service involved crafting impactful communication strategies to promote civic engagement and disseminate information effectively to the public. I've also contributed to the development of youth-focused projects and initiatives, serving as a Facilitator/Trainer for Erasmus+ programs, NGOs, and schools. Through these roles, I've gained valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities surrounding youth participation in democratic processes, equipping me with practical knowledge and skills to address these issues effectively.

Educational pathway

My educational journey has been instrumental in shaping my understanding of democratic participation and providing me with the necessary tools to engage effectively in training and facilitation work. My coursework towards EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of European governance structures, policies, and mechanisms, laying a strong foundation for my work in promoting youth participation in democratic life. Furthermore, my Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) sharpened my strategic thinking and leadership skills, which are essential for designing and implementing effective training programs. Additionally, my Bachelor's degree in Law instilled in me a deep appreciation for legal frameworks and human rights principles, guiding my approach to advocacy and empowerment in youth training initiatives.
