In my life, I always felt that I needed to have passion for whatever I would choose to do. I always love challenges and new approaches in education.

Through these 12 years I'm working as a trainer and youth worker, I created a youth organisation, I initiated the youth centre of Kalamata and I am running the international youth festival called Kalamata Street Festival. Also I worked as a personal and educational development advisor and business consultant.

Work experience


I was involved as trainer in big training events such as the EU Youth Meeting of the Greek Presidency (March 2014, 250 delegates and policy makers), the annual, European Youth Meeting (Bologna, November 2009/2010, 300 participants) and several private, Youth in Action/E+ youth, Grundtvig and Commenius courses. I was member of the Greek pool of trainers (between 2008 and 2013).

I am the founder and director of K.A.NE. (Greece, Cyprus, Montenegro), as well as for the European Network ALTIUS. I am the cultural manager of the Kalamata Street Festival (international music-street arts festival). At the past I worked as project manager, educational advisor, evaluator, mentor and financial manager.

Educational pathway

My formal educational background includes a degree in Power Technology Engineering with specification on renewable energy.
However one Youth Programme seminar somewhere in Poland changed my well settled plans to work in sustainable energy area... I felt in love with youth work and I attended all SALTO seminars including the Training of Trainers (2007-2008)

My learning path ever since comes through my daily experience working as youth worker, trainer or consultant.
