I am a trauma-sensitive trainer and offer trainings in the field of the European Solidarity Corps, DiscoverEU and on the subject of funding applications. I also host workshops for female founders, teachers and pupils on mental health and the bullet journal method.
Originally I worked as a middle school teacher.

I see myself as a life-long learning enthusiast and enjoy gaining knowledge through books, coures and most, by meeting others.
As a trainer I enjoy meeting people with different backgrounds and always integrate new experiences and point of views in my work.

For me, it is essential to support young people in discovering the opportunities for lifelong learning at a European level as early as possible. In fact, they are the future citizens of Europe and shape how our continent develops.
In 2022 I participated in two entrepreneur trainings. They helped me to create a trauma-informed training concept using a journal for selfexporation, selfempowerment and selfcare.
