Work experience
For many years I was working as a youth worker organizing and facilitating non-formal education activities for youth. As a project manager, I have facilitated over 20 Erasmus+ youth projects, facilitated staff training, and given classes of creativity and problem-solving at SMK University of Applied Social Sciences, bringing Non-Formal Education Methods to an institution of Formal Education.
Moreover, working for various organizations in Europe afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including excellent relationship building and time management skills.
