Mihaela Onofras

About:

Education is the most powerful tool for developing the human kind. I truly believe that we should not "fight" for non-formal or for formal education, we should understand the needs of people and then create a learning environment out all we know and all we have. I'm an adept of the bottom-up approach, working WITH people at the grassroots level and promoting sustainable development. And for now, non-formal education is the way I can contribute the most.

Mihaela Onofras has 6 references for past work as a trainer.
