Work experience

Works in NGO sector since 2002, has experience developing and coordinating of several local and international projects in the youth field. Currently works as freelance facilitator of learning and consultant. Has special interest in the future of education and its various forms, female activism and inclusive practices in youth work. Olga is a member of Pool of EVS trainers of SALTO Resource center Eastern Europe and Caucasus. Fields of expertise: facilitation of learning, different theories and approaches to learning and organizing education processes, project development, monitoring and evaluation, youth work, youth policy development.
