http://trainers.salto-youth.net/MilenaLazic/
Even though I’ve been working as a trainer for 15 years now I still feel excitement when meeting new group and still learn a lot from each new experience. That’s why I like this job I guess, it never puts you in routine, on contrary it’s a constant travelling and growing for everyone involved. I believe that learning is an active process and that my role of a trainer is to create a safe environment, to follow the group, to show flexibility and sensitivity for learners’ needs.
