Work experience
I coordinate a European Youth Mobility Office where we inform young people and youth workers about european programmes, especially "Erasmus +: Youth in Action".
I have been working as an EVS coordinator for sending and hosting projects for ten years. Since then we have sent more than 70 young people and hosted over 50 in Avilés.
I organize EVS pre-departure trainings for the youngsters we send and I have worked for the Spanish National Agency as a trainer in on-arrival trainings and mid-term evaluations.
For many years I have also been an educator for organizations working with people with disabilities and ethnic minorities, an experience that I am now using to enrich the current focus of my work: the inclusion of youngsters with fewer opportunities through the Youth in Action Programme.
