Aims & objectives

The aim of this training activity was to create a meeting space for coordinators and trainers involved in EVS on-arrival trainings organized by the Spanish National Agency.

The objectives were to increase the competences of coordinators and trainers as well as promote the quality and homogeneity of the EVS on-arrival training courses in Spain.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

34 coordinators and trainers from Spain with experience in EVS on-arrival trainings.

- Exchange of best practices.
- Presentations.
- Group dynamics.
- Non formal evaluation methods.

Outcomes of the activity

A network of trainers working in on-arrival trainings in Spain has been created during this activity. The Spanish NA organizes one meeting of trainers every year in order to guarantee the homogeneity in the contents of its EVS on-arrival trainings.
