Aims & objectives

The main aim is to develop the competences of youth workers in order to feel confident to include youngsters with fewer opportunities in their activities within Erasmus +: Youth in Action.

Objectives:

- To increase the knowledge about the meaning of inclusion of youngsters with fewer opportunities.

- To provide with tools to manage inclusion projects.

- To create a space to exchange practices about inclusion.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

30 youth workers from Spain working with or interested in working with youngsters with fewer opportunities.

Training methods used & main activities

- Simulation games.
- Debates.
- Best practices exchange.
- Role playing.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants were able to put themselves in the role of youngsters with fewer opportunities during the whole training course and this will have for sure positive consequences in the way they design projects within the new Erasmus +: Youth in Action programme.
