I got I trained as a Gestalt therapist at the Belgian Institute of Gestalt therapy, in Brussels (2018-2022 and I am currently involved in a long-term course son Systemic and Family Constellations).
I also explored the use of neurosciences in coaching and personal development processes (with a particular focus on stress management and power relations -

In 2014, I took part in a MOOC on "inspirational leadership through emotional intelligence" (Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, USA). In 2008 I took part in an online course on entrepreneurship (Ingafor, Vigo, Spain).
As part of my formal education, I have started studies of English philology at Spanish Open University (on hold). I also studied Literature History, Theatre, and Declamation at the Academy of Brussels Centre & Royal Academy of Brussels.
My non-formal educational experiences include participation in long-term courses on youth work and leadership, conflict transformation, and training trainers.
However, I have acquired my major trainer competences and expertise through learning by doing and being involved in activities and projects at national and international levels.
