Get Ready! 4th Edition

Aims & objectives

The aim of "Get Ready" TC is to train youth leaders on how to prepare, develop and evaluate youth exchanges in the frame of Action 1.1. of Youth in Action Programme.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

21 participants from Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Estonia, Romania and Turkey

Team-building activities.
Meeting with local organisations.
Simulations.
Open space.
Exchange of experiences.

Outcomes of the activity

Some of the participants started planning youth exchanges between their organizations that will be held during 2014-2015.
