Get Ready! 3rd Edition

Aims & objectives

The aim of "Get Ready" TC is to train youth leaders on how to prepare, develop and evaluate youth exchanges in the frame of Action 1.1. of Youth in Action Programme.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

32 participants from Austria, Malta, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Croatia, Italy, Hungary, France (Reunion Island), Finland, Romania, Sweden and Portugal

Training methods used & main activities

Team-building activities.
Meeting with local organisations.
Simulations.
Open space.
Exchange of experiences.

Outcomes of the activity

After the TC, most of the participants have stayed in contact and many of them have participated as youth leaders in youth exchanges. The portuguese team will host in the future an evaluation meeting to share the best practices among participants of all the "Get Ready" editions.
