Free-lance trainer and rapporteur. Coordinator and Project Manager in Vicolocorto Association, Italy.

Work experience

Since 2004 actively involved in youth work and co-founder in 2006 of Vicolocorto NGO where I work now as Coordinator and Project Manager.

Since 2011 i designed and implemented more than 30 trainings in the field of non-formal education.

Since 2013 i work as rapporteur for NGO and pubblic bodies writing booklets and articles about non formal education innovations and tools.

Educational pathway

PHD at Education Science at the University of Florence (Italy) based on a research regarding the development of soft skills through Informal and Non Formal Education and the Recognition of the Competences acquired in the voluntary work setting and on EVS volunteers in particular.

Previously I was graduated twice at the University of Education of Urbino with the following degrees:
1. 3 years-degree on “Expert on Training Process and Educational and Cultural Activities”
2. 2 years -specialization/magistrale on “Project Making and Coordination of Education and Training services”
