Co-founder in 2006 of Vicolocorto NGO where I work as Coordinator. The NGO deals with youth volunteering and european mobility.

Since 2011 i designed and implemented more than 30 trainings in the field of non-formal education.

PHD at Education Science at the University of Florence (Italy) based on a research regarding the development of soft skills through Informal and Non Formal Education and the Recognition of the Competences acquired in the voluntary work setting and on EVS volunteers in particular.

Previously I was graduated twice at the University of Education of Urbino with the following degrees:
1. 3 years-degree on “Expert on Training Process and Educational and Cultural Activities”
2. 2 years -specialization/magistrale on “Project Making and Coordination of Education and Training services”
