Work experience

I have acquired rich experience in the field of European and local youth work. Since 2010 I am actively involved in Association Europe4Youth work: supporting youth participation and involvement in decision-making, soft competences development, non-formal education tools development and recognition. We work with innovative learning tools, including board game design and educational Life Action Role Play.
In Europe4Youth I have been project manager, coordinator of EVS, trainer and facilitator of youth events on various level and now Director of the Board.
Moreover, I am Eurodesk consultant and youth researcher, cooperating with polish National Agency of Erasmus+.
Since 2014 I am cooperating with Fahrten-Ferne-Abenteuer based in Berlin and Nuremberg, working along adventure-based learning methodology with young people from CityBound Europe Network. In 2017 I have become a board member of Verein fuer Inklusiveerlebnispaedagogik in Nuremberg.
In 2018 I have become a member of the think tank of SALTO Youth Information&Participation, working on incentives for international research on youth participation.
I am active in the local youth policy-making.
