TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

"Be Stupid" is a rule that stayed with me since my first training, long, long time ago and that I try to implement both in my trainings and my life. Being stupid in the sense of totally letting yourself go, embracing what you experience.
Carlos Reis has 13 references for past work as a trainer.
Freelance Trainer / Coordinator of International Projects
After working 2 years as human resources manager and 5 years in the entertainment and animation area I decided to acept a challenge from a friend and started an NGO focused on the promotion of Non Formal Education and creation of international projects, which I've been doing since 2011.
After finishing a degree in Psychology I decided to be an EVS volunteer and my life totally changed, after my first contact with Non-formal Education. I started working in the Non-formal Education area, always with the thought that it is a powerful tool that should be more used and recognized.
At the moment I work as freelance trainer and coordinator of international projects and have experience with Non-formal Education methods and tools being actively involved in international training and education since 2010 as an active participant under the Youth in Action / Erasmus+ programme, as a training course attendant, ex-EVS volunteer, youth exchanges group leader, EVS/ESC mentor, EVS/ESC coordinator and trainer/facilitator.
