M-Kit for youth work

Aims & objectives

Main aim is to strengthen Youth Organisations in their democracy-building and youth participation training field function through:
- equipping YNGOs in participatory management tools, engaging meaningfully Young People in NGO management,
- developing mechanisms and procedures including young people into programmes design processes and creating YNGO offer,
- youth workers competences development: creating learning conditions for Young People.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Youth leaders from YNGOs from: Germany, Greece, Estonia, Portugal, North Macedonia, Romania.

Training methods used & main activities

- Training card game,
- Simulation of management processes,
- Design Thinking and qualitative research methods,
- Workshops: solutions development, group work, creative processes.
