Youth Leaders Training - basic (City Bound Europe)

Aims & objectives

- to prepare youth leaders to play the role of facilitators, supporters of the youth exchanges,
- to develop basic youth leaders skills: creating learning conditions, facilitation group and individual learning processes, intercultural competences, etc.
- to explore adventure based learning as a way of experiential learning in the cities.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Youth leaders from Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Romania, Poland, Germany, Portugal and Greece.

Training methods used & main activities

Online:
- 1-on-1 consultations,
- reflection groups,
- video tutorials,
- mindmaps,
- collaborative work on documents,
- group work.
