TC was a response for the lack of/low abilities of young people to match non-formal education with labour market. We were heading for helping people to conclude their competences gained in non-formal education in professional and adjusted to labour market needs way in order to increase their chances on nowadays labour markets, focusing though on soft skills and entrepreneurship.
Objectives of the TC:
- discovering and assessing skills and abilities of participants with their possibilities of employment
- empowering staff members of our organisations by defining what skills and competences are developed in a youth work
- present mobility opportunities as a way to increase employability of young people
Young people in age of 17-30 from Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Poland and Romania.
Working groups (e.g. non-formal education specificity), individual tutoring (e.g. career planning), simulations (e.g. scientific conference on labour markets in our countries, job interviews simulation), study visit (business speed dating within Globa Entrepreneurship Week), etc.
Ehanced competences of participants to go through job selection and recruitment process, auto-presentation skills, self-confidence, valorisation of competences, abilities to conclude professionally your personal profile and specific competences. Mreover, participants were continuing this process of youth empowerment through non-formal education in their NGOs among their beneficiaires.
Material outcomes: tutorials, video CVs, handouts from every session.

- Competences assessment, autoreflection, autoevaluation;
- Professional and personal development in third sector;
- Entrepreneurship as a way of existing on labour market - business speed dating.
