Aims & objectives

The training course was to support team management and leadership skills among young managers of NGO through developing knowledge and abilities in managing social psychology, organisational psychology and sociology of small groups.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Poland, Germany, Greece, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Italy, FYROM.
