After Training of Trainers in 2018 the world opened up to me.I have experiences in delivering international trainings for the youth for ex. in the topic of youth participation or on arrival training for volunteers in European Solidarity Corps and I facilitated international meetups in DiscoverEU program.
I also have experience in the topic of negotiation, teamwork,DISC,development of job competences,active listening,cooperating, problem solving.
A day without laughter is a day wasted.

Work experience

My leadership experience alongside with my personality and mindset have been boosted in many ways including coordination, business and cultural event organisation, financial planning, creativity, overcoming challenges, problem solving, negotiation technique, costumer service, networking, business thinking and project management. I was the cofounder, CEO and the heart of the first coworking office in Miskolc, Hungary from 2017-2020.

SOFT SKILLS TRAINER: online and offline
In 2017 and 2018 as a trainer I not only participated but also delivered a one week long training course as part of a small international team in Belgium during the Training of Trainers for European Erasmus+: Youth in Action Projects edition 2017/2018.

It’s highly important to me to keep investing into myself to improve my professional skills. For continuous development I attended in 6 seminars in 6 different countries since 2015.

As a soft skills trainer I also have experience in delivering trainings in Hungary in the topic of negotiation, teamwork, DISC, development of job competences.
Since 2019 I continously deliver trainings for locomotive drivers to develop their job competencies like concentration, active listening, cooperating, problem solving, DISC, stress management.

I also delivered trainings to ESC volunteers by Erasmus+ for young people from all over Europe and for youth workers in Belgium in the topic of youth participation.
