I took the opportunity of translating this SALTO publication which helped me in my practical field as a trainer.I have practiced many theories to develop new tools and activities.

This is a pioneering training course that is held for the first time to enhance the importance of non-formal education and creative attitude towards creating tools.
•October 2011/2012 TOT,EM SALTO Training for Trainers (Adrasan – Turkey)
This long term training course has not just accredited me the title of a trainer but also qualified me to be a trainer by all means of the word. A trainer is not just giving a workshop in an attractive way, no, it is preparation, conceptualizing, presenting, evaluating, following up and visible together with dissimilar of results. I learnt to run whole training course from A to Z not just deliver.
