Gender equality and active participation.
Objectives:
- develop self confidence of participants
- recognition of non-formal education and its tools for self development
- Raise awareness concerning women's rights
- provide best practices for ways of expession and its effects

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Target group: Women leaders,women trainers and social workers
Countries: Hungary/Italy/Egypt/Lebanon
Number of participants:20 (4 from each country)

Training methods used & main activities

Non formal educational methods were used:
-role play
-graphic facilitation
-group discussion
-simulation games
-exercise

Outcomes of the activity

- creating 5 tools & uploading them to the toolbox
