I have an extensive and wide experience in facilitating and training as well as a diverse background and experience in working in a number of areas and fields and I see this as a very positive part of my background through which I acquired a holistic approach when working on any topic.
Throughout my experience in the various fields I see myself capable to work in any working environment; have experience in non-formal working methods and intercultural learning; culture and identity questions; and able to convey the message/information in a number of ways. Moreover, I enjoy working in diverse groups because it provides the space for new ideas and innovation, and I have learned to adjust to surprises and last minute changes.
Currently I am volunteering with some local and national organizations in Spain.
I find it very inspiring and motivating to see the evolving dynamic of participants during a training with every new level of information and knowledge they receive from the exercises, as well as through the exchange of information and best practices among themselves.
