Work experience

Since 2008, I have managed a diverse portfolio of youth and development projects at both local and European levels. My work sits at the intersection of business management, human rights, and digital communication. With over 1000 hours of training delivered—the majority in international contexts—I specialize in translating complex organizational needs into practical, high-impact learning experiences.

In 2010, I founded GEYC, which has since evolved into a prominent Romanian NGO with a community of over 10,000 members, including youth, educators, and youth workers. As General Manager, I oversee the organization’s strategic growth and operational integrity, ensuring all activities meet high standards of quality and sustainability.

- NGO Management: Full responsibility for financial, legal, and accounting operations, alongside the creation of organizational development policies.

Educational pathway

My academic path focused on various areas of business management with project management, human resources management and social responsibility as the main specializations.

In the training field I have graduated a 5 years psycho-pedagogical module for teachers and trainers and I am a certified trainer and train of trainers by the Romanian Ministries of Labor and Education.

In addition to that, my non-formal education experiences focused more on social and intercultural topics such as preventing unemployment, human rights, tolerance, cultural diversity, intercultural dialogue, working with minorities, social inclusion etc.

I received training in over 15 countries in Europe, Peru, Mexico and Australia (online programme) and besides the European context that I know very well I specialised in the EU - Latin America and Mediteranean cooperation.
