TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Gabriel Brezoiu
The main aim of the “GOOD4YOU(th)” project is to
allow the participants to acquire a better awareness and understanding of how to improve their lives or the lives of those they work with, keeping adolescents healthy and active, and encouraging them to take an active role in managing their health, and guiding them towards improved self-care habits. The project will empower the youth workers in unveiling the adolescents’ potential to become the healthiest version of themselves - with all working together towards taking care of their own and others’ physical and mental health.
The ultimate aim of the project is to foster a culture of shared culture of youth wellbeing at the
transnational level, where national frameworks are not necessarily relevant, effective or attractive to young people.
The training targeted youth workers and project managers in the youth field interested in developing their skills in working with teenagers in the field of wellbeing. The following countries were involved: Italy, Greece, Malta, Germany, Luxembourg, Romania, Netherlands and Spain.
The training was based on NFE methods such as name games, energisers, group dynamic games, theater, facilitated discussions, field visits, quiz, practical workshops, masterclass sessions and sessions led by the participants.
The participants developed:
- 4 workshops for local teenagers connected to the training topics;
- a brochure reflecting the learning outcomes during the training to be disseminated.
I was a full time professional trainer in charge of the activities connected to digital addiction, Erasmus+, Youthpass methodology and group dynamic.
