Bruno Pizzini

About:

“Nothing is lost…everything is transformed.” In my trainings, conflicts become raw material. Through role-play (MORE), coaching and sharp facilitation, youth workers and ESC teams turn tension into empathy, mistakes into learning, and plans into action.

Bruno Pizzini has 20 references for past work as a trainer and added 1 tools to the SALTO Toolbox.

Current occupation

Free Lance Trainer, Coach and Mentor

Work experience

I am an international trainer, facilitator, mentor, and project designer with over 15 years of experience in the field of youth work and non-formal education. My work is grounded in human rights, intercultural dialogue, and social inclusion, with a strong passion for using creativity, gamification, and participatory approaches to empower young people and youth workers.

I began my journey in 2001 with the Youth in Action programme in Turin, Italy, and have since worked across Europe and beyond, designing and delivering high-impact educational activities, training courses, and strategic initiatives within Erasmus+, the European Solidarity Corps, and other international frameworks.

I believe in creating safe, inclusive, and stimulating environments where people can explore, learn, and grow — both personally and professionally. My facilitation style combines empathy, structure, humour, and depth. I am particularly committed to helping others develop skills in communication, conflict management, negotiation, emotional intelligence, and active citizenship.

Currently based in Hungary, I collaborate with diverse networks and institutions, from grassroots NGOs to universities and national agencies. I also contribute to the development of educational tools such as MORE – Conflict Management Role-Playing Game, and PLAYADR – Alternative Dispute Resolution through Games.
