I'm currently a coordinator of international activities in an outdoor youth center. +trainer/consult/facilitator who is interested sometimes to organise things outside of my daily job.

I like to work especially with themes related to inclusion, sustainability and participation.

I live far north in an extremely rural place. The passion for my career can be measured in the kilometers I travel for work related events, on work time on or my free time, in Finland and in Europe. It's A LOT.

Work experience

I have worked on the field of youth for nearly 20 years. I have mainly worked in the national youth centers in Finland (SNK network), but also some individual organisations and few different municipalities.

For the past years I have worked mainly to help different organisations to develop and manage their Erasmus+ and ESC projects.

Educational pathway

I have graduated as a community educator from HUMAK University of Applied Sciences in 2012. I did my studies with a strong connection to intercultural and international work, project management and youth participation. I also studied outdoor education.
