Olga Kuczynska

As Marshall Rosenberg said ‘Every time I mess up is a chance to practice’ I try to think of my trainer's path as a constant improvement and learning cycle. Every activity gives me an inspiration for next one but as well teaches me better how to define needs of participants and tailor each training around specific groups.

Olga Kuczynska has 7 references for past work as a trainer and added 1 tools to the SALTO Toolbox.

- Participant in a 9 months long Training of Trainers (230 hours of workshop plus delivering trainings) in Studium Trenerskie Grupa Spotkanie - Trainers school in Poznan, Poland, 2014- 2015.
This training gave me all the base that I needed to be able to train on my own.

Those 2 trainings were the most important ones that brought me into focusing more around peace education and conflict transformation

Formal education
BA in sociology with specialisation of sociology of media at University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan, Poland
