Work experience

Since 2000 till now I am involved in international youth work. I mainly coach newcomers (both youth groups and organisations) to international youth work. Youth exchanges are my strongest area of international youth work.

Since 2003 till now I am fully working as a free-lance trainer for various National Agencies of Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. I also initiate and work in training courses by my NGO and other organisations in Europe.

Since 2014 I am involved in designing and delivering online courses for youth leaders, youth workers and project managers.

Together with a team of experts, we run a grassroots NGO "Nectarus" and company Badgecraft.

Educational pathway

in 2009 I graduated Master studies in Education with special focus on Education Policy. My master theses were "Non-formal media education for critical media literacy. The case of Youth in Action Programme in Lithuania". Writing theses involved a lot theoretically conceptualising youth non-formal education in Lithuania and conducting a qualitative research with young people and youth workers who run Youth in Action projects in Lithuania.
2008-2009 Exchange student for 2 semesters at Zurich University
2002-2004 Master studies in Adult Education (did not completed).
In 2002 I finished my studies in Business Administration and Management gaining knowledge and more important business approach useful in my recent work.
In 2002 I finished LTTC Training of Trainers for European Youth Projects developing competence needed in European trainings
