MOOCyouth: Erasmus+ funding opportunities for youth

Aims & objectives

This online course aimed at providing with basic knowledge and understanding of how to use various funding opportunities and fulfill the funding requirements for all actions that are co-funded through Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme.

Specific objectives of this course:
-> To learn diverse opportunities for international mobility projects funded by Erasmus+ Youth in Action programme;
-> To understand how to set up a good quality mobility project for youth or youth workers
-> To discover youth participation approaches and Structured dialogue
-> To get ready for applying for the financial support of Erasmus+ Youth in Action programme.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

More than 10.000 participants enroled in this massive open online cours from more than 45 countries.

Training methods used & main activities

The course offered interactive learning contents online using the Canvas.net platform for hosting Massive Open Online Courses. Participants were learning through animated videos, pre-recorded video interviews, video examples from projects. They could take part in online discussions with their peers and practice their knowledge through completing quizzes. Participants were redirected to various educational resources related to international youth work outside of the course.

Outcomes of the activity

The facilitators’ team collected few of the many participants’ feedback illustrating their learning outcomes and readiness to implement Erasmus+ projects:
