Work experience

I am the Resilience Manager of Human Power HUB - Social Innovation Centre of Braga.

I was involved in the Management of Braga EYC2012 - European Youth Capital and Braga2016 - Iberoamerican Youth Capital.

I am Regional Development Expert and Consulter on several URBACT II/III/IV European Networks.

I am a Trainer and a Expert on Erasmus+ TCA (Transnational and Cooperation Activity) and in the former EU Youth in Action TCP programme.

I have a full time Job in Human Power Hub and I also working a free lancer on Youth Policies with several Municipalities around Europe and Ibero-american Space.

Non Formal Education Promotion and activities;
European Projects Management related with Youth and Urban policies.

Braga EYC 2012 and YCB developed several EU Erasmus+ and former Youth in Action projects in themes related to Participation, Citizenship, Structured Dialogue, Youth Co-management, Local Youth Policy, Culture diversity, Media and information, Sustainability and Youth policies Development.

Currently, im involved with the team that is managing the “EU Quality Label for Youth Friendly Cities.

I do cooperate with OIJ - International Youth Organization for Iberoamerica as external expert, supporting the OIJ Social Innovation Agenda and the implementation of OIJ 2016-2020 Youth Contract.

I am also an Educator and Trainer and I am a current member of the Portuguese Erasmus+ National Agency pool of trainers

Educational pathway

I had the pleasure to Unite several awarded Title "European Youth Capital" cities and create NEYC - Network of European Youth Capitals and I did coordinate its work between 2012 and 2014.

I was President of Portuguese University Sports Federation for 4 years, during that time I was involved in the Portuguese Youth Council and Portuguese Olympic Committee at National Level. I was also involved in ENGSO Youth, ISCA Youth and EUSA and FISU at international Level.

In EUSA (European University Sports Association) I was responsible for the creation of the Volunteer mobility project.
In ENGSO and ISCA I was involved as a Trainer and Seminar keynote speaker.

My last educational investments were done under Design Thinking specialization programmes and more recently a certification on LEGO® Serious Play®
I also had managed non-formal education TC's for Sports, Culture and several Youth Organizations.
During the last years, I had coordinate several projects and trainings with International Organizations like UNHABITAT, UNAOC, CoE, EACEA, OIJ, EYF, FISU and EUSA.
