Trisha Wilkinson
I'm a freelance trainer and love designing training that connects to participant's needs.I worked with the Irish National Agency in Ireland from 1998-2018 and have in depth knowledge of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes. My trainings focus on youth engagement, empowerment, active participation, project management. More recently a strong focus on wellbeing, self-care and living a balanced life.

I worked at the Irish National Agency for Erasmus+ for over 20 years. working on the Youth programme as project officer and as Inclusion officer.
My superpower is my in depth knowledge of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps, both as an evaluator and trainer, so I am happy to work with groups exploring what makes a good project, how to complete an application form, how to manage partnerships as well as working with young people and youth workers to support them in recognising the valuable learning gained through non-formal learning experiences.
I also deliver on-arrival and mid term meetings for ESC volunteers, both face to face and online.

Educational pathway
Formal Qualification: BA in Training and Education (First Class Honours) - NUI Galway 2007
European Training of Trainers 2012-2013 -A year of developing skills in training in an international team. Supported through SALTO and National Agencies, this long term training course resulted in the creation of the Power to You(th) training course.
3D National Trainers Pool - Ireland 2005 to present: annual meetings and development days. As part of the national pool of trainers for the Irish National Agency in Leargas I get the opportunity to develop my skills in partnership with other trainers in the pool.
Models of Coaching Practice 2017 . A short training course giving a structure to the coaching process, which is vital in terms of the role as coach, mentor, trainer or someone trying to support people through a process of getting from A to B. Valuable learning and skills I use with people on a daily basis.
