Name Game/Get to know each other
Start/continue informally to get to know each other at the first meal time.
Each participant receives a welcome letter and pack which includes a folded card and a description in the letter inviting participants to write their name on one side of the card and ‘enjoy your meal’ in their own language on the other side as well as the country they are from. The card is then placed in front of them on the table at meal time.
