Work experience

As free-lance trainer, I design and deliver trainings within both formal and non-formal education sectors, as well as business environments.

I mostly work with young people, students, teachers, social and youth workers, minority organizations and trainers/facilitators of youth activities, diplomatic groups and employees.

Trainings delivered for the Council of Europe, various National Agencies of the European Commission programs etc.

Employment pathway:
1997-2005 - project co-ordinator at the Intercultural Institute of Timisoara (www.intercultural.ro)

2007-2009 - project coordinator at Tallinn University School of Governance

2009 - onwards, project coordinator and lecturer at Tartu University School of Law

2010 - onwards, Human Rights Education Coordinator at the Estonian Institute of Human Rights (www.humanrightsestonia.ee)
