I have been active in the youth work sector for more than 25 years, working in community centres and emergency homes for young people at risk. Work experience
I've been working with groups for a long time, firstly as a volunteer and afterwards as a professional community worker and trainer. Professionally, I have worked in several institutions such as emergency houses for youngsters, peer education centres, street work, adult training, etc. I'm the director at Team MAIS, my own company specialising in consulting, training, and Non-profit educational projects. Besides that, I am a freelance trainer, delivering international training on different topics, mostly related to Creativity, the E+ Programme, Trainer and Youth Worker skills, Innovation, Citizenship and Youth Participation.
