Your power is in your self! Find it and discover it! As a social worker, I have experienced that a lot of problems can be solved, just by motivating and using your own potential. Sometimes you just need a person next to you as a katalysator, and that is the person I wish to be!
Henk Persyn has 4 references for past work as a trainer and added 7 tools to the SALTO Toolbox.
Social worker : organizing individual and group projects for youngsters facing social difficulties in general.
As a social worker I am daily involved with young people facing social exclusion. By using methods , based on the principles of "experiential learning" positive confirmation and discovering of personal stenghts, I tray to create self esteem and to open new pathways to personal improvement.
Bringing new opportunities to young people, going international, creates a new start, a different approach and opens doors for a better future.
