Trainer or learning facilitator? The challenge in a training is to create and maintain the space for an experience to happen that enhances reflection and the openning for new perceptions. The ultimate goal is that participants take over and accept the responsibility for their own learning! I contribute with my own will to learn, with participatory techniques and arts.
Sara Serrao has 4 references for past work as a trainer.
