Work experience

From 2013 onwards project “Manage Social media communication” responsible for management of SALTO Training and Cooperation Resource Centre activities in social media (Facebook and Twitter account).

2014 Project “Development of the Youthpass information strategy”, SALTO Training and Cooperation Resource Centre. Member of the team. Youthpass leaflets for young people & Youthpass leaflets for youth workers.

2007- 2015 member of Youthpass and Recognition Team, SALTO Training and Cooperation Resource Centre.

Since 2003 onwards trainer within YOUTH and Youth in Action Program of the European Commission. SALTO trainer since 2004.

From 2007 onwards trainer in Training Courses Info days on YiA - Group Let's, Contact point for Youth in Action Program in Serbia.

From 2006 - 2008 engaged as a tutor on the Applied Conflict Transformation Studies, International Global Peace Education MA Program for Balkans and Middle East.

For 3 years had been engaged as trainer and program manager of Center for Creative Development responsible for developing programs and trainings on personal empowerment and creative development. Since 1999 working as drama facilitator and trainer. Facilitator of the Theatre of the Oppressed.

2005 - 2008 Trainer in consulting agency for trainings in corporative sector Horizont International – field of work: team work, communication and creativity.

From 2004 trainer within YOUTH Program doing trainings and seminars as support measures to various actions, working with different target groups: youth, youth workers, trainers, EVS coordinators and mentors, NA reprentatives, local authorities and plocy makers. Trainings on conflict resolution, intercultural learning, youth policy, participation.

Since 2003 engaged as a consultant, trainer and facilitator within National Pool of Trainers of Group Let’s... responsible for creating, developing and carrying out non formal education trainings. I have been developing programs on personal development and supporting youth initiatives and intercultural learning (20 trainings)

Since 1999 has been involved in various programs related to culture - co author of the TV series on conflict resolution. For two years (2003-2006) local coordinator in the Project: Combating Racism & Xenophobia & Discrimination against Minorities responsible for developing and carrying program within cultural mediation.

Since 1999 working as a youth trainer on various topics such as civic education, onflict resolution, non violent communication and intercultural learning with youth activists, youth leaders, young people, young political leaders, minorities and youth with less opportunities. (more then 30 trainings)

Since 1996 working as a national trainer within community building programs for various national NGOs and international organizations, and formal institutions such as Ministry of Education. (more then 40 trainings)

For 2 years (2000-2002) has been consultant and activist in the international initiative NEXTSTOPSERBIA.

For five years has been employed Children’s City Library as a psychologist responsible for organizing educational and creative programs for children, youth and their parents. Also been working on inclusion programs for children and youth with less opportunities.
