Stéphanie Fritz

Ten years of working as a volunteer coordinator with youth and young adults with disabilities or other discriminating characteristics, make me a specialist for inclusion and diversity.
Did you ever think about how your warm-ups, workshops, trainings, etc would work if the group was inclusive? I'm a pro in trying this out:-)
Besides this, I like all topics and methods that deal with global learning, solidarity, alternative ways of living, mindfulness.

Stéphanie Fritz has 3 references for past work as a trainer.

Educational pathway

I've got a German Diplom as a social scientist (since 2006)
During the last 10 years especially the following advanced trainings helped me dealing better with youth and young adults volunteers abroad:
*sexualized violence in international voluntary services;
*mental health and psychological disorders of volunteers during international voluntary services
*quality management within voluntary services

Besides this, I enlarged my methodical repertoire with trainings in clowning and theatrical pedagogy.
Several workshops about racism and stereotypes within voluntary services blowed my mind (and shook my heart too).
