Educational pathway

There were many events, programmes where I believe I've learned a lot, but most of all I learn from incredible people I meet on my way.. from my colleagues - trainers and dreamers, people who believe that change is possible.

OPEN SPACE TECHNOLOGY TRAINING (November 2006) - trainng for open space facilitators within Grundvig Programme.
Through this training I did not only got to know open space technology, but most of all I've met incredible people, from whom I've learned a lot.

LEADERS (2008)- one year individual development programme for leaders of possitive change, set of trainings buid up on individual training needs and personal coach/tutor
Especially the individual approach to the learing process through tutoring helped me to identify my main strenghtness, fields of interest, reflect on things that really matter, and find balance in my private and professional life

UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS (finished in 2005) - 2 MA titles: European Studies and International Trade.
In my work I use especially project management skills and human resources management, as 2 topics that were quite important for me during my studies. Topic was my second master was: Entreprenership skills that young person can get while being involved in Youth in Action Activities.

TRAININGS FOR YOUTH LEADERS AND YOUTH TRAINERS organised within Council of Europe programmes (1997 - 2002).
Main aim of those trainings was to train skills of youth leadres who are multipliers and want to run and organise international youth projects.
