- To inform and train the participants about project management
- To empower the youth workers
- To create a network of organisations/individuals exchanging methodologies and experiences on project management
- To improve the quality of the YiA projects
- To promote the YiA programme as an actor of change

2 trainers, 27 participants from 8 countries; Greece, Turkey, Italy, Malta, France, Finland, Estonia and Bulgaria
