I am a youth field trainer, teacher and community pedagog. Over the past 25+ years and 130+ trainings and events I've worked with issues ranging from independent living, human rights and environmental activism to developing work in NGO's and social circus. I'm eager to learn new things and happy to share my experience from 9 public, 10 private, 18 civil society organisations and 6 pilot projects I've been part of.

Freelance trainer and support worker in the fields of youth work, social and immigration services and education

Work experience

I have worked
- with youth with disabilities and health issues, people from 65+ countries, school dropouts, youth in custody, rural youth and youth facing discrimination for variety of reasons
- as a leader of camps, support worker, project worker, regional secretary, teacher and trainer between 25+ other professions I have tried
- with NGO's like Scouts, YMCA, Inclusion Finland, Nature League and CARAVAN youth circus network just to name a few
- in public services like youth work, child care, migration services, education and disabled services
- both with Erasmus+ and Council of Europe's youth department as well as NGO's from Greece, Slovenia, and West Balkans on top of my network in Finland
