01.2006 onwards – free lance trainer and editor. Specialisation: intercultural education, voluntary service, interpersonal communication, inclusion,self-development, creative thinking.
Prepararing, running and evaluating pre-departure, on-arrival, mid-term and evaluation trainings for European Volunteers (both Polish and international) and organisations, around 50 training days per year. 09.2003 – 09.2004 - Master of Arts in Sociology and Politics at the Centre for Social Studies, Lancaster University and Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Polish Academy of Sciences
- I decided to enroll in this MA course after my EVS in France to study sociology and in particular the topics related to inclusion. I studied in international environment (both students and proffessors).

09.1997 – 03.2003 - Master of Science in European Studies at the Poznań University of Economics Department of International Relations.

02.2000 – 06.2000 - Socrates-Erasmus scholarship in European Studies at the Aalborg University, Denmark - first long-term stay abroad

NON-FORMAL EDUCATION

09.1997-03.2001 – AIESEC member: local trainer, organisation of seminars, development of trainership international exchance program (including 6 weeks in AIESEC ESCP Paris and 4 monts in AIESEC Donostia.

02.2002- 10.2002 European Voluntary Service in Foyer des Jeunes Travailleurs, Nimes (France) - I worked with immigrants, unemployed youth, I organised cultural events. I learnt that sometimes you need to start with small steps in order to achieve a significant result in changing other people's behaviour or attitudes. I developed my organisational, intercultural and artistic skills while helping in"biennale of Arts". I learned to play Brasilian instruments.

Team building training - Ericsson Institute, Nowa Górka, 10-14.12.2005

“Drama as a tool in youth exchanges” International Training Course (A5, Polish NA) in Jadwisin, Poland, 19-23. 04.2006. I learned new creative methods based on drama that can be used for various purposed in differnet moments of group building process. I could experience forum theatre techique as the way of solving problems in youth work.

Shorter Way -EVS for people with physical disabilities – Youth Programme Contact Making Seminar - I organised this training from the technical way and participated as reporter. Warsaw, 23-26.11.2006

“NEXT STEPS – NEW LIFE?! A training for trainers of EVS Volunteers” – international training (participants from Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Germany and Finland), Poronin,11.2006. I became more aware of the importance of planing, documenting and evaluating learning process in non-formal education. The process and the methods I experienced during this training (including visualisation, mandala) were very inspiring for me.

11.10.2009 – 27.06.2010 Training of Trainers for European Youth in Action Projects (ToT) 3 phase training held in Austria, Spain, Italy. I improved my ability to design and implement training activities, to co-operate in international teams, to deal with ambiguity and change. I became more aware of my learning process and I developed my ability of factiltating the learning of others.
