Work experience

I'm active as trainer and youth worker since 2000. I trust in experiential learning and apply various approaches and tools in my work - outdoor experiential learning, individual youth work (coaching, counselling, mentoring), open youth work, gamification of the learning process. I run lots of trainings in Belarus and internationally.

I am member of SALTO EECA pool of trainers of Erasmus+ volunteering projects (EVS Pool of Trainers).

My themes are: youth non-formal learning and training youth workers, training of trainers, volunteering, active participation and youth initiatives, team work, intercultural dialogue, community organising, non-violent communication and conflict management, outdoor experiential learning, mentoring, individual youth work, gamification, gender based violence, activism and campaigning, youth policy.. and many more.

I worked for a year as youth worker at the open youth centre "Babilonas" in Lithuania (as EVS volunteer) running trainings and doing youth work with young people with less privileged background.
